Neurorights

What would transpire if mobile transmitter towers were tricked into detecting several dozen recipient phones in the precise location of an individual's head?
Would the high amplitude, bisecting beams of microwave energy immediately irradiate the brain? It is already established knowledge that prolonged exposure to microwaves can (even if subtly) distort electromagnetic neural synchronisation in the brain and lead to DNA irregularities. The conspiracy proposition that 5G is inherently and intentionally designed to be destructive is improbable. Nevertheless, one could conceive of a weapon being exploited by criminals to target human beings with these towers in order to extort tech companies for data, particularly in urban environments.
Considering that NATO have repeatedly pushed for cognitive warfare to become a staple combative technique, and have previously approved the usage of biological weapons, I can no longer see development of the aforementioned mobile weapon being so unfeasible. The US Department of Defence (DoD) have abolished the use of Chinese network carriers and associated devices, but do not explicitly say why. There must be something deleterious to either individuals or society at large motivating their decision. However, they seem notably unconcerned with protecting US citizens from an attack originating from their own government. Much in keeping with recent censorship efforts on sites like tiktok to constrain data-aggregation to in-house sources, far more accessible.
These concerns have steadily mounted in me through overhearing quiet murmurings of 'neurorights'. Most significantly, I recall Heyoka talking about some white papers in which Chile pushed legislating protections ensuring individuals retain control of the use of their neural data: "In 2021, Chile’s Senate unanimously approved a bill to amend the constitution to protect brain rights or 'neurorights'. [...] Once the process is completed, Chile will become the world’s first country to have legislation to protect mental privacy, free will and non-discrimination in citizens’ access to neurotechnology."
The aim is to give personal brain data the same status as an organ, so that it cannot be bought or sold, trafficked or manipulated.
Why would their government hastily, unanimously agree to enshrine such an act into their constitution? A better question is why their efforts come off so impotent and fruitless since the Chilean media is eerily quiet on the matter. A more discerning person might argue such neural attacks had already taken place stunting the discussion. It at least indicates that there is indeed a looming threat of psychological warfare, but not the social engineering kind, rather one that actively seeks to control the biological hardware underpinning the emergent mind...
Psychological warfare: exploitation of emotions (particularly fear and pride) and ideology to stop dissidence against a tyrannical government at a time of civil unrest. Typically, it is done non-invasively through propaganda and misinformation, via socially-engineering a climate where people will unite behind whatever the state's desired position is and therefore help further that nation's advances during war. This unity is achieved despite peoples' vastly different life experience. Psychological warfare can also refer to individual attacks, where non-compliant, defiant citizens or enemy targets are bludgeoned into abandoning previous moral allegiances. Think re-education, which is essentially extinguishing and re-conditioning.... Or for a more specific example, think of the examples made of political dissidents by the USSR; branded with insanity and drugged in barbaric institutions until such a state of mental decline tangibly presents itself. A terrific method of utterly discrediting someone.
It's hard to overstate how crucial it is that we recognize these dangers now, and stop assuming that everything our civil servants do is to our benefit. Even if this architecture is developed for the sake of protecting one's nation, black-hat hackers and other bad-actors will capitalize on its vulnerabilities to use for extortion and terrorism
There's no gauruntee this thread will successfully upload, or - if it does - blacklist my forum from search engine results. Periodically, my phone and computer will malfunction, wiping disc space, hanging or disconnecting from the Internet and refusing to reconnect without a hard-reset. Such is the joy of the modern CPU, so called savior from the 'recurrent anomalies' Microsoft (on the back of their totalitarian, inescapable telemetry) alleged were occurring with old devices -- whatever this means. We witness it in real time.
I suspect the Y2K-proofed ARM/Intel/AMD/Apple chips now come stock with public to private key-pairing technology baked in. Hence, external devices can selectively authenticate or postpone the CPU cycles, not unlike an anti-piracy measure, but in this case even legitimate chips can be deactivated when the user poses a risk. The pairing will link to machine learning algorithms that automate risk criteria and throttle functionality for users who pass an adaptive threshold.
Former Google chairman, Eric Schmidt had already alerted us to this emergent technology many months ago.
Heed his and my warning: The outcome of this technology and associated experiments will usher in the obsolescence of free will. When they colonize your mind, they will eradicate everything that matters.
Whatever form it will take, they've had a taste of the fire and will find a way to weaponize it.
